THE FLAG Costa del Sol offers specially designed comfortable living for adults in their best years, surrounded by 36 degrees of sunshine, relaxation, and quality of life. In our air-conditioned building with elegant architecture, everything is tailored to your needs – in a safe area just a few steps away from the sea.

Please note that our hotel does not provide facilities for children. We aim to provide our adult guests with an undisturbed and carefree experience and hope you thoroughly enjoy your stay with us.

PARKING LOT

Our underground car park is available for long-term guests at a special price of €65.00 per car per month. For electric cars, there are special parking lots with charging stations, for which a separate fee is charged.

Bicycles can be parked free of charge in a designated parking lot.

RECEPTION / CONCIERGE SERVICE

Our multilingual team at the front desk/concierge service is available around the clock and ensures that someone is always available for all reservations for transfers, taxis, car rentals, excursions, yacht charters and in case of emergencies.

APARTMENT CLEANING SERVICE

The deep cleaning of your apartment with the change of sheets is done twice a week. There is a service for laundry and dry cleaning of your personal clothes for a fee, but washers and dryers are also available in the house.

PETS

Our residents’ pets are welcome at THE FLAG, but they are not allowed in the public areas and gardens of the hotel. There is a monthly cleaning fee. A professional pet-sitting service can be arranged.

Our goal is for you to be happy and healthy! At THE FLAG, hospitality and mindfulness go hand in hand.

• Our calendar of activities includes morning walks on the beach, yoga classes, water aerobics, and workouts in the gym, but also organized excursions and gastronomic events.
• Our professional spa offers massages or beauty treatments. If necessary, a personal physiotherapist will be at your disposal, specialized in treating your injuries or improving your movements.
• There is an international hairdresser with manicures and pedicures.
• Our catering concept is also oriented towards a varied, healthy and vitamin-rich diet, as well as gentle preparation, taking into account the dietary restrictions of our guests.

OUR GASTRONOMY

In order to offer a relaxed atmosphere to all our guests, our gastronomy is only available for adults. Our food concept is oriented towards a varied, healthy and vitamin-rich diet and gentle preparation, taking into account the dietary restrictions of our guests.

BREAKFAST

Breakfast is served daily from 07:30 to 11:00 in the restaurant and on the garden terrace (weather permitting).

You can choose between a daily breakfast, which we offer for €360 per person per month, or an occasional breakfast, which we offer for €190 for 10 breakfasts (for house guests only).

Individual buffet breakfast for non-hotel guests it costs €28.

If you prefer to have breakfast in your apartment, our room service will serve you for an additional charge.

LUNCH AND DINNER

A delicious à la carte menu with fresh products and ingredients from the purest Andalusian cultivation.

We also offer half board packages adapted to our guests to long term.

ROOM SERVICE The restaurant menu is also available as an “in-room dining” option and can be served by room service to your apartment.

LOBBY BAR Guests meet or make friends over a cold glass of cava, wine or favorite drinks in the ‘Living room’ or on the beautiful garden terrace, either before or after dinner.

SPORT

• GOLF: The Costa del Sol is a sports destination known for its many excellent golf courses. Our reception team will be happy to arrange green fees and tee times. For some selected places we have agreements with special green fees, which we will be happy to pass on to you.

• TENNIS: Tennis can also be played on the exclusive courts of the Racquet Club Villa Padierna.
• THE FLAG cooperates with the luxurious Villa Padierna Resort, which also offers golf and tennis professionals, as well as sports academies.

TRANSFERS TO THE CITY

Hotel guests have the opportunity to be dropped off at designated stops and picked up free of charge with the luxury hotel bus (according to schedule).

CONDITIONS

The prices are per apartment, for yearly stay, it  must be paid monthly, and includes VAT, high-speed Wi-Fi, free use of the outdoor heated pool, health club with gym, sauna, and some activities offered according to the monthly program, as well as free transfers with our bus from the hotel to the city (depending on the plan). All electricity and water costs are also included.

The price is for an occupancy of up to two (2) people. The bill for accommodation, as well as the bill for personal expenses, must be paid at the end of each month.

CHANGES / CANCELLATIONS

If the reservation dates change, the hotel reserves the right to change the prices mentioned above. Free cancellation or modification of your reservation until 18:00 one month, (30) days, before the arrival date. Otherwise, a two (2) month fee will be charged.

WARRANTY / DEPOSIT

Your credit card number and expiration date must be provided at the time of booking to guarantee the reservation. A three (3) month deposit is required, so every 1st of the month the monthly room rate will be charged to the credit card from the day/month of arrival. The deposit will be credited accordingly to the last three months of the stay.
